An OPCO, an acronym for Organisme Paritaire Collecteur Agréé, is a state-approved entity that plays a crucial role in the field of vocational training for specific sectors. One of its main missions is to provide essential support to very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises operating in these sectors. The objectives of this mission are as follows:

Support these companies in analyzing and defining their training needs, taking into account in particular the economic and technical developments specific to their sector.

Its main objective is to facilitate the continued employment of employees in the face of transformations resulting from economic changes and to help them adapt to new professional opportunities when technological developments or changes in production conditions occur.
Any employee placed on partial activity or long-term partial activity may benefit from it, with the exception of apprenticeship contracts and professionalization contracts, and any employee employed in a company in difficulty (except in cases of cessation of activity), in transfer and/or in resumption of activity.
How to identify the OPCO affiliated with your company?
In total, there are 11 different OPCOs, each responsible for supporting several professional sectors. To find out which OPCO is associated with your company, here are several methods at your disposal:
If your company is already a member of an OPCO, you can simply consult the cfadock website. By entering your company’s SIRET number (without spaces), the site will inform you about the corresponding OPCO.
If your company is not yet affiliated with an OPCO, you can use a correspondence table in Excel format (xls) based on your Collective Agreement Identifier (IDCC). Your IDCC, made up of 4 digits, is generally found on your pay slips.
If your company is not yet affiliated with an OPCO and you TR Numbers do not know your collective agreement, you can determine it according to your sector of activity by consulting the list of Skills Operators provided by the Ministry of Labor.
Once you have identified your OPCO, simply visit its website to obtain information on the procedure to follow to obtain support for the required training.
